Stylist Bio Series: Stacy

July 8, 2010

At the chair

Stacy began her career in Buffalo, NY at an age when most teenagers are studying for their regents. Participating in her local cosmetology program for high school students, Stacy had two years of assistantship under her belt by the time she was 18. She’s been a licensed stylist ever since, with over 10 years experience working in the salon industry.

After working at mega-salon Louis Lucari for several years, Stacy left in search of a modest environment to practice her craft. She joined the Lasio staff in late 2008, and a multitude of her loyal clients followed her. Stacy is Lasio’s go-to colorist, but she also specializes in keratin treatments, cuts for women and men, and keeping a conversation flowing.

I was a client of Stacy’s since late 2006 and had to stop going in early 2009 (busy schedule, left to cutting my own hair, eep!), but that doesn’t mean I haven’t stopped singing her praises! She is a skilled hairstylist, and my friend and I can contest that every time she does our hair we have never had a finer cut, or a better conversation! She is creative, and she does give the client the cut they want, while also giving them the cut that would best suit them. She’s also an amazing colorist, she knows what colors fit each individual best. She’s the creme de la creme, people, so start setting up your appointments with her! I know I will again!
